A week ago I decided to treat myself to some new photography gadgets. I desperately needed a new small point-and-shoot camera, as January's snow was apparently just too much for my old one. After an insane amount of research and reading/watching reviews, I just couldn't talk myself out of the Canon PowerShot D10. This sucker is tough! It's made for adventure lovers. Who wouldn't want a camera durable enough to take bouncing off a rock wall while you're climbing, can handle salt and sand like it "ain't no thang," and loves to swim with the fishes? Uh, yes please! I was so excited to see the UPS man on my doorstep yesterday. I couldn't wait to see this baby in action. Believe me, I'll test it.... thoroughly :).
Test #1: Water-logging. Brandon and I took my new toy for a test swim yesterday afternoon. It did great! I thought I'd share some of the images we captured with you guys. I think maybe next summer I might try to do some fun underwater sessions. What do you all think? Would you be interested?
