Guess what!! Today we're officially announcing the details of our brand new client referral program! The best compliment is to see you again. The second best is your referral. With this program, not only to you get rewarded for referring your friends to us, but your friends get rewarded too! Here's how it works....
After your session, you'll receive the above packet in the mail (make sure I have your current mailing address). The packet includes referral cards for you to pass out to friends and family. On the back of each card, you'll find a place to write your name. (Be sure you do so! This is vital to make sure we know who to thank for the referral!) When someone presents your card at their session, you each get a referral reward. It's easy as that!
Awesome! What's my reward?
With each of your referral cards that are used, you will receive a $20.00 print credit. This credit can be used to purchase prints, canvases, albums, cards, collections, or any of our professional products. Credits cannot be used toward session fees or portrait plans (such as the Watch Me Grow plan).
What does my friend get?
The person you referred will receive a 20% discount on their total order. (If they place multiple orders, the discount will only apply to one.) This discount is for print/product orders only. It does not apply to session fees or portrait plans. They will also receive their own referral cards so that they can earn credits as well.
How much credit can I earn?
As much as you want! There's no limit to how much print credit you can earn. However, credits do expire after two years. We keep up with all your referrals and will notify you when you receive new credits or when your unused credits are about to expire. Be sure you write your name on the back of your referral cards, so we know which referrals come from you. A space is provided on the card, as shown below.
What else do I need to know?
For a credit to apply, the person you referred must complete their session. If they book and then cancel without ever rescheduling or completing their session, neither of you will be eligible for a referral reward. The person you referred must also present your referral card for the credit to apply. Credits can only be used for prints/products purchased from Imagination Photography. They are not redeemable for cash.
When does the Referral Program start?
The Imagination Photography Referral Program will officially launch on July 1, 2015. We hope you're as excited as we are!
